Service agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of INJAZLI. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and agree to be bound by both. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

You may use INJAZLI only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity performed through your account.
You must be old enough and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use INJAZLI for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
Keep your credentials confidential, use reasonable security practices, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service, users, or workspace data.
You retain your rights in content you submit to INJAZLI. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, back up, and otherwise provide the service to you and your organization.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload or share content. You may not use INJAZLI to store or distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or malicious content.
You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe or attack our systems, introduce malicious code, scrape the service at scale, or use INJAZLI to violate another person’s rights.
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including removing content or restricting access.
Some features may depend on the plan or deployment selected by your organization. We may change features, pricing, or limits with reasonable notice where practical.
We work to keep INJAZLI reliable, but maintenance, security events, outages, and factors outside our control can affect availability. The status page provides current operational information when available.
INJAZLI, its software, branding, interfaces, and service materials are owned by INJAZLI or its licensors. These terms give you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership or grant rights to our trademarks or underlying technology.
To the extent permitted by law, INJAZLI is provided as available without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. You remain responsible for decisions made using information in the workspace and for maintaining appropriate backups.
To the extent permitted by law, INJAZLI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
You may stop using INJAZLI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, legal requirement, security risk, or service discontinuation. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
